LEG/\THON® is an exclusive and efficient 1-day workshop that enables participants to visualize, understand and manage complex projects into minor perspectives.
Designed to leverage companies and educational purpose, LEG/\THON® combines expertise, software application and best practices in project management, by using Lego models to challenge all participants and guide them to results.
During the morning, team members will be able to develop strategies, define goals, set priorities and plan all necessary endeavor to build any Lego model, whereas in the afternoon, they will be able to execute, report and monitor progress, as well as identify obstacles and find ways to overcome them.
With the combination of plan-driven and agile approaches, all management levels of a project will be covered to allow visibility of the entire project’s purpose.
In addition, this motivated workshop environment promotes collaboration and creates a common language of understanding, that foster any project to success.
